Check Labs Ltd is a small UK team based in Birmingham. We build Your Property Check, a free property-data toolkit that gives the public the same government-sourced information platforms built for estate agents and surveyors charge thousands of pounds a year for — sold prices, EPC ratings, crime, flood risk and more, all sourced and attributed, never invented.
