UK Sold-Price Movement Index — 12 months to 2026-07 vs the prior 12 months
The largest median sold-price rises and falls across 2,233 UK outcode districts, comparing the 12 months to 31 July 2026 against the prior 12 months — real HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, not an estimate.
Headline finding
WC2B (LONDON, Camden) saw the largest 12-month rise: median sold price up +114.0% to £1,525,000 — on 10 recorded sales, a small sample worth reading alongside the full table below. At the other end, M17 (MANCHESTER, Salford) fell -93.2% to £225,000.
A change in WHAT sold — more flats than houses in one window, or one high-value transaction in a small outcode — can move a median as much as a genuine market shift. Sample sizes are shown for every row so you can judge confidence yourself; see the methodology page for the full limitation.
